Cancellation policy :

• If you are unable to attend a scheduled sports check-up, stress test, or any other service, please inform us in advance. This way, we won’t have to charge you a cancellation fee, and your spot can be offered to another athlete waiting for an earlier appointment.

• Appointments must be cancelled by 10:00 a.m. on the previous business day. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full price of the service.

​

• To cancel your appointment, please call 722 050 450 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (Monday to Thursday) or 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Fridays. If you are unable to reach us or are cancelling outside of office hours, you can send an SMS to the same number or email us at info@centrumsportmed.cz.

Payment terms :

​

• Payment for services is made in cash or by credit card at the reception on the day of the appointment. A payment receipt can be provided upon request.

​

• Invoices can be issued for sports clubs.

​

• For individual clients, invoices are only available upon written request submitted at the time of booking. The request must include full billing details. An administrative fee of 200 CZK applies. Invoices are issued during the month following the examination.
